Love the prices and convenience of this food truck. The menu has a lot of variety, especially for a food truck! It has basically everything you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant, plus more.
The location is behind the Starbucks at the gas station in Northgate next to McDonald's. It's really easy to get to and usually doesn't have that long of a line (especially if you go later in the evening). They're open from 10 AM until 10 PM every night, which is *so* nice for people who eat on the later side. It's the perfect option for dinner, but especially when other restaurants are closed.
I love the enchilada platter. I always get it with 2 cheese and 1 steak. It's delicious, and the portion size is generous, as it comes with rice & beans.
The service is always great. The staff is friendly and cordial.
Overall, highly recommend. This is one of my favorite food trucks in Seattle. Taqueria La Pasadita beats the El Camion food truck in Home Depot parking lot by a LONG shot. -

Great little taco truck tucked behind Starbucks ran by a sweet family. Taqueria la Pasadita has an extensive menu with unbeatable prices. Only ordered the tacos this time around but each one was filling and loaded full of flavors that made my tongue tingle. The Birria taco was my absolute favorite. The beef was tender with its juices running down my arm. Messy but worth it. The cherry on top was the horchata to was it all down. Definitely a must try if you are in the area looking for some cheap tasty eats.

I'm still coming back 10 years later, and the food is still tasty and reasonably priced. They've also added a punch card where you get a free menu item on your 10th visit. What keeps me from adding the 5th star is inconsistent portion sizing. I'm a burrito fan and often order one with carnitas or chicken. But the bummer is the size of your burrito will wildly inconsistent depending on who's working the grill. The ladies working typically make burritos on the smaller size; if you're redeeming a filled out punch card for a burrito, you'll get a burrito thats easily a third smaller than one you would pay for. If the owner or male employee are working, burrito sizes will be on the bigger side. For $7, it's still cheap and filling, but the inconsistency in size is the disappointing part.

Close to home, and my go-to place for an affordable and fulfilling meal for lunch or dinner. The place serves food out of a portable station tucked in the back of a gas station. Okay, it is not the most appealing location. What is it doing in the back of a gas station? It is precisely this that makes the place special for me. They serve a wide variety of Mexican food like tacos, stew and rice/beans. Its simple and delicious. The staffs are friendly and i get a good Mexican vibe from eating there. My favorite is their beef tongue tacos. Yum.
